    WHAT SHOULD WE BE SEEING IN THE JUDGE?

    @braziliannegro
    YOU SOUND LIKE A RACIST ANTHROPOLOGISTS WHO CLAIM THAT ONLY BLACKS WITH THICK LIPS AND BROAD NOSES ARE “TRUE NEGROS”….THERE IS NO FACIAL TYPE WHICH CAN DESCRIBE A TYPICAL AFRICAN…ALL FEATURES FOUND IN ANY RACE ARE TO BE FOUND IN THE BLACK MAN…HAVING A STRAIGHT NOSE DOESN’T MEAN THAT HER ANCESTORS WERE RAPED BY EUROPEANS.
    DO SOME MORE RESEARCH.

    Historically the racial identity African/Blk has had neg connotations over the years during and after the colonial period. Therefore many Blks were and are still (people like yourself) reluctant to embrace the history.

    @mars3400

    Thirdly, many Africans DO call themselves African. Im not sure where you got that from. The only Africans that distance themselves from Africa are the N African Arabs wish to disassociate from Blk Africa. However, it is no secret that colonialism as had a devestating impact on the way Africans in and out of the diaspora (Africa) see themselves.

    I roundly disagree. Being both African and American does not lessen my American citizenship anymore than being both Irish and American or Chinese and American. Secondly your point does not make sense. You are right, Africa is a vast continent and not a nation. Well, so is Australia and Asia. Should Asians and Australians born in America reject their ancestoral ties; I think not! I also think that it is unfair for any to require Black Americans to abandon their African ancestery.

  8. mars3400 says:

    @KushKing99
    Look,Africa is not a nation or nationality, it’s a Continent .None of present day Africans calling themselves Africans,maybe after “United States of Africa” or “African Union” comes alive,and I can’t wait to see that happen.
    The term African American is racist,and I really don’t like that term,and none of African American had any African country’s citizenship to be at least convenience to me. I reject that term,because it was design to let Black Americans think less Americans.

    @mars3400

    Why is it that Black people have to constantly justify themselves and defend themselves against other Black people, especially the Rush Limb and Glen Beck lovers. Chinese people do not have to give up their Chinese history to be American. Why should blacks have to do the same. Unfortunately BSMACK66 sentiments (maybe you should stay in Africa) is the hidden racism that people of African descent must endure. These same people would not dare say that to Euro’s of Irish descent!

  10. KushKing99 says:

    @bsmack66

    I am sure her European roots are not that hard to find. I find it extremely sad that when we talk about our African ancestry som blacks (such as yourself) become extremely hostile! SAD!!!!

  11. KushKing99 says:

    @bsmack66

    You are the one who needs to be disappointed in yourself. You mock people who are looking for their DNA ancestry, especially considering the historic African American experience. SAD!!!!!

  12. bsmack66 says:

    She found her African roots, but what about her European roots? It is obvious that she’s not pure African. Why did she cover that?

  13. bsmack66 says:

    @EducateDaSoul
    Sorry to disappoint you, Educate. I’m not White. I’m so-called Black.

  14. MrZetruth says:

  15. EducateDaSoul says:

  16. EducateDaSoul says:

    @bsmack66

    Go back to the cave you came from white man!

  17. bsmack66 says:

    Found your African roots. Now go back and stay.

  18. americaowns11 says:

    Silly niggers!

  19. mars3400 says:

    @Thedarksecret1
    Oh really?…

  20. Thedarksecret1 says:

    @mars3400 No, I’m African-American because I was born in America but I’ve never forgotten and have always acknowledge my African roots. I don’t care what white people call themselves in America. That’s not my concern.

  21. mars3400 says:

    @Thedarksecret1
    Well,you are not African American either.
    Your true nationality is either Black American or American,period.
    You don’t have any African nationality to call yourself African.
    White Americans gave you that name,just to make you feel less American,otherwise your true identity is 100% American.
    Why didn’t those white Americans also calling themselves ‘European Americans’? .
    The system was designed by White peoples against all non Whites.It’s very sad.

  22. hellokittycutie2003 says:

    @amirdude Because if it’s something you really care about, it can be emotional. I’ve seen several people cry when getting their results. Here in London all the black people know their ancestry, but as an American studying here, whenever somebody asks me where I’m from all I can say is the US. Granted I’m half Somali so I know a part of me, but my mom is AA so that’s another story. I’m sure it’s a great feeling to know where you truly come from.

    also this comment bothers me *its a sesspool for hate and bloodshed*
    oh ok then mr. united states,
    how about lets recap on the history of your country, and what occurs and is occuring over there…
    are we seeing a mirror ?

  24. TheChickenHumour says:

    @steven4rmnewyork @steven4rmnewyork mmm, funny comment, considering you’ve never been there and seen it for yourself i bet, neither met the people.

    dont go by what you hear and what you read, actually experience the reality and see it for yourself instead of speaking on what you THINK, rather then what you actually know.
    theres a bigger reality out there, then what is portrayed on the little unhealthy box, we call T.V.
